From 17 January, 6pm onwards, you will be able to reserve your Lunar New Year Fortune Bundle on Maybank2u Online Banking!
Each Maybank customer will be able to reserve one (1) Lunar New Year Fortune Bundle online during the entire pre-order period. Collection will be at your preferred branch.

How to reserve?
If you are logging in Maybank2u Online Banking using desktop
1. Login with your Credentials to proceed to the next page.
2. Click on the Lunar New Year Fortune Bundle banner
3. Key in the necessary details and click ‘Next’
4. Review the information and click ‘Confirm’ to proceed
5. Your booking of Lunar New Year Fortune Bundle is completed! Check your inbox for the confirmation email.
If you are logging in Maybank2u Online Banking using mobile device
1. Click on ‘Apply’ and proceed further with verification.
2. Click on ‘Accounts’ and ‘Apply now’ for Fortune Bundle.
Useful Information
Reservation:
- Each customer may reserve one (1) Lunar New Year Fortune Bundle online.
- Lunar New Year Fortune Bundles are available on a first-come first-served basis, while stocks last.
- You can place an online order only once during the entire pre-order period.
- Confirmation email will be sent out upon successful transaction.
- Do note that the collection date and time cannot be changed after the order has been confirmed.
Collection and Non-collection:
- Collection period starts from 24 January to 8 February 2024.
- You will need to bring along your identification document (e.g. NRIC) and a copy of the email confirmation, or provide your representative a duly signed letter of authorisation if you are unable to visit branch personally.
- Your order will be cancelled and the funds will be credited back to your account on 9 February 2024 if it is not collected.
